Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy protects TurnBuzz users, guests and infrastructure by describing prohibited and restricted uses of the service.
Effective: August 19, 20261. Lawful use
You may use TurnBuzz only for lawful queue, appointment, customer-flow and related operational purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your organization, location, guests and communications.
2. No harmful or deceptive activity
You may not use TurnBuzz for fraud, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, malware, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, unlawful sales, or content or activity that materially harms others.
3. No spam or unlawful messaging
TurnBuzz appointment messaging and calling features must be used only for legitimate service-related communications to recipients who have provided any consent required by law. Do not use transactional appointment tools to send unsolicited marketing, bulk promotional messages or deceptive communications.
4. Data minimization
Do not collect personal information you do not reasonably need for the queue or appointment. Do not use TurnBuzz to request highly sensitive information such as passwords, payment-card numbers, government credentials, health records or other sensitive data unless the collection is lawful, necessary and appropriately safeguarded.
5. Security controls
You may not bypass rate limits, authentication, Admin PIN protections, account authorization, service-point claims, subscription checks or other security controls. Do not attempt unauthorized access to another user’s account, queue, customer records or administrative functions.
6. Service integrity
You may not intentionally overload, disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, probe without authorization, interfere with or degrade TurnBuzz or its providers. Automated access must remain within documented or expressly approved interfaces and reasonable usage limits.
7. Responsible security reporting
If you discover a possible TurnBuzz vulnerability, do not access or retain data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue and do not disrupt the service. Report the issue privately to support@turnbuzz.com.
8. Enforcement
TurnBuzz may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, guests, infrastructure or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful requests.
