Cookie Policy
TurnBuzz uses a small set of essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep accounts, administrative access and kiosk sessions secure and functional.
Effective: August 19, 20261. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are used for functions such as signed-in account sessions, queue Admin PIN sessions, kiosk access and Google OAuth state verification. These cookies are required for the requested feature to work securely.
2. Examples
TurnBuzz may use cookies such as tb_session for account sessions, queue-specific tb_admin_* cookies for Admin PIN access, queue-specific tb_kiosk_* cookies for kiosk sessions, and a short-lived tb_google_oauth_state cookie while completing Google sign-in.
3. Security attributes
Authentication cookies are designed to use HttpOnly protection so browser scripts cannot directly read them. Production cookies are sent over HTTPS with Secure attributes where applicable, and SameSite controls are used to reduce cross-site request risk.
4. Advertising and optional tracking
The core TurnBuzz service does not currently rely on third-party advertising cookies. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this Policy and any consent controls required by law will be updated.
5. Browser controls
You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential TurnBuzz cookies may prevent sign-in, Live Control, kiosk access or other secured features from working correctly.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy when authentication, analytics or browser-storage practices change.
